Doesn’t it seem like there is always something that happens which encompasses our entire attention, and thus drain our positive energy? Try meditation. If above doesn’t convince you to start meditating, I don’t know what will! If you have a lot on your mind and you feel like your thoughts are driving you crazy, meditation can help you find peace.
Simply close everything, sit back, close your eyes, and clear your mind of every single thought. Focus on the emptiness. You will be surprised what a mere 20 minutes of meditation can do to turn things around for you. If you have trouble meditating, I would suggest getting a professional guide for meditation, which will help you get used to this level of peacefulness.
